About Me

I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, immersed in the rich arts, culture, cuisine, and natural beauty of the Southwest. This environment fostered an early appreciation for creativity, color, geometric shapes, and thoughtful design, shaping the perspective I bring to every project.

I pursued my passion for visual storytelling by studying Graphic Design and Photography at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where I developed a strong foundation in branding, typography, color theory, photography, and design strategy. After graduating in 2006, I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to put my skills into practice, working for environmental graphic design firms and freelancing for a variety of branding and marketing clients across industries including healthcare, retail, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

My work spans environmental graphics, brand identity, marketing design, and wayfinding systems. I approach each project with thoughtful research and a collaborative mindset, taking the time to understand client goals, audiences, and context. I strive to create design solutions that are not only visually compelling, but also purposeful, cohesive, and tailored to the needs of each project.

Whether designing a signage system for a large-scale development, a donor recognition program, a brand identity for a growing business, or marketing materials to support a client’s outreach, I aim to balance creativity, clarity, and functionality to deliver work that resonates with people, communicates effectively, and elevates both spaces and experiences.
